E i recenti lavori di ristrutturazione non hanno fatto altro che amplificare la sensazione di convivialità che provano i clienti quando ne varcano la soglia. Il riammodernamento del bar ha seguito quello del ristorante, la cui zona esterna è stata ampliata posizionando delle ampie e luminose vetrate. Per dare un senso di continuità e di omogeneità alle due strutture attigue, è stato deciso di replicarne lo stile: adesso, i clienti che consumano un pasto in veranda, dalle vetrate del ristorante, possono ammirare gli spazi del bar, che si integrano armoniosamente con l’ambiente circostante.
