Yet, in the dining area, the presence of their father, Antonio, stands out as he takes customers’ orders. The presence of both grandfather and grandchildren together helps create an atmosphere full of emotions, making this place unique and unforgettable. Assisting them are four extraordinary individuals: Christian, Sonia, Luigi, and Giulia. Lastly, Mauro represents the new addition to the restaurant’s bar: an excellent bartender registered with the association, who, with his experience and creativity, has managed to create new offerings that quickly became customer favorites. Before his arrival, the historic bar lady was Benedetta, who was the face of the bar for about thirty years before moving away from Capri. Over the years, she truly was the soul of the bar: not only for her talent but also for her ability to listen and create a bond with each customer. She was an excellent collaborator, leaving an indelible memory.
